1. I collect information such as names, phone numbers, addresses, and message content when you opt into my services.
2. I use this information to communicate about real estate news, client and community events, new listings, and open houses.
3. I may also use your information to inform you of your home’s current real estate value, using the third-party service Homebot. Personal information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes, other than through my limited partnership with Homebot, co-sponsored by Lauriane Vanvoorhees of Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group. I will not sell or distribute your information to any other third-party services or vendors.
4. If you wish to be removed from receiving future communications, you can opt-out by texting STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT-OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

Right to Know

Right to Data Portability
Subject to certain exceptions, you may request a copy of the Personal Information you previously provided to us in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format.

Who May Exercise Your Privacy Rights
Only you may make a Privacy Request concerning your Personal Information. A parent or legal guardian may make a Privacy Rights request on behalf of their child.
Right to Appeal
If we deny your request, you have the right to appeal. To do so, submit a request to us using the contact information in the “Exercising Your Privacy Rights” section within 60 days of your receipt of our denial. Within 60 days, we will inform you in writing whether we have reconsidered your request or declined to do so. We will also provide an explanation of our decision.
